A stitch along (SAL) is when multiple people work on the same project simultaneously, providing encouragement and support to others during the process. It’s much like an old-fashioned quilting bee, except this one is held online.

If you’ve never participated in an SAL, this is a wonderful opportunity to try one. You’ll be in good company with other stitchers from around the world in a dedicated group full of creative and helpful people. Members share their progress through periodic photo updates, and questions are answered 24/7 if you need assistance.

Because it is extra large print, there are fewer stitches per page in this pattern than even our regular large print designs. If you can stitch about 207 stitches per day, you’ll have no problem completing this project. But please remember this is not a race! The fun is in the journey, regardless of how long it takes to arrive at the destination. :)
